This winch plate is a direct bolt on to our front sway bar kit. If you have a winch or are planning on running a winch and you are going to run our BOLT on front sway bar kit you will need this universal winch plate. It is designed to attach to the factory frame/winch mounts in the front and bolt to our front sway bar plate. This plate has all of the bolt patterns in it for most of the winches currently available.
